Fontaine Travel Grant -- Application Info

The Fontaine Travel Grant is administered twice a year, once in the Fall semester and once in the Spring, to assist Fontaine fellows with costs related to academic conference attendance and presentation of research.

The purpose of the Fontaine Research Travel Fellowship is to assist Fontaine Fellows who are presenting and/or attending conferences in their fields of study. Because fellowships are limited, applicants are encouraged to exhaust other sources of funding before soliciting the Fontaine Society. In competitive circumstances, priority will be given to Fellows who will be presenting and who demonstrate the greatest need.

Generally, the maximum award is three hundred dollars ($300) for domestic travel and four hundred dollars ($400) for international travel, though more funding may be available depending on the number of applications.

Fontaine fellows will be emailed with announcements about upcoming deadlines for application submission. Once the deadline has passed, eligible Fontaine fellows may apply during the next application cycle.

The following is a copy of the Fall 2014 application. Fellows may use this for future reference.
